Maintenance Technician III - HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing

This is a full-time, on-site role with an hourly salary of $20.00 to $24.00. The position requires 5+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical system work, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies. Training and certifications are encouraged where possible.
