About this role

You may qualify at the NH -04 Broadband Level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS13 grade level in the Federal service as listed below and must meet 2 of the 4 specialized experience listed below to be qualified: Experience leading multidisciplinary teams comprised of civilian, military, contractor, and academicpersonnel across geographically dispersed locations to achieve strategic mission objectives. Experiencemanaging budget execution and fiscal compliance, including developing POM submissions, managing Linesof Accounting (LOA), executing Other Direct Costs (ODC), and monitoring spend velocity benchmarks. Experience directing large-scale STEM outreach initiatives, competitions, expos, or teacher professionaldevelopment programs aligned to defense technological readiness or national workforce goals. Experienceleading and managing the operational planning, resourcing, execution, and evaluation of an enterprise-level STEM education, workforce development, or academic outreach program Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
