Our client, a fast-growing manufacturing firm located in Manchester, NH, is seeking a Senior Accounting & Finance Analyst to own corporate accounting and project accounting activities while partnering with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and operational performance.

What The Senior Finance & Accounting Analyst Will Be Doing:

• Own month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities
• Manage both corporate and project/cost accounting responsibilities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and project performance tracking
• Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends, and provide meaningful recommendations to leadership
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Partner with operations and management to improve profitability, efficiency, and decision-making
• Support audits, tax reporting, inventory accounting, fixed assets, and compliance initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience
• Experience with project accounting and cost analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Manufacturing experience required
• Knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and IFRS

Location: Manchester, NH

Salary: $110-120K
