QA Engineer/SDET with Security Clearance

Description:
Hybrid in Ashburn, VA or Gaithersburg, MD Our client seeks Testing and Quality Assurance professionals who develop, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and perform comprehensive software testing. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman, etc.
• Execute manual and automated testing across various platforms and environments.
• Identify and document defects, tracking them through defect tracking systems.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform regression, integration, system, and acceptance testing.
• Create and maintain test plans and test cases.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into testable conditions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior testers. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like LoadRunner or Gatling.
• Experience with mobile application testing. Clearance Requirement:
