Location: Charlotte, NC- Onsite

Experience Required: 10+ years

Key Requirements
• 5+ years of QA/SDET or software testing experience
• 2+ years in a senior QA role
• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks
• Experience with API testing and performance testing
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities
• Define and lead QA strategy and quality standards
• Build and maintain automation frameworks and test suites
• Improve test coverage and drive shift-left testing
• Manage release quality gates and sign-off processes
• Track defects and report quality metrics
• Mentor QA engineers xuwmhxw and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams

Preferred Skills
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Cloud exposure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience scaling QA processes in growing teams
• ISTQB certification
