ViperX Management is actively seeking motivated Junior Marketing Representatives to join our growing team! This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and brand development.

Our team specializes in face-to-face marketing and brand promotions within retail environments, connecting directly with consumers to increase brand awareness, introduce client products and services, and generate new business opportunities.

Junior Marketing Representatives work directly with customers through interactive retail campaigns, promotional events, and in-person brand experiences. No prior marketing experience is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing development are provided!

What You'll Do:
• Represent established client brands through face-to-face retail marketing campaigns and in-person promotional events.
• Engage directly with customers in retail environments to introduce products and services
• Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales growth through direct marketing initiatives.
• Participate in retail promotions and brand awareness campaigns.
• Develop product knowledge, communication skills, and foundational sales and marketing experience.

Desired Skills & Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face retail environment.
