Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (100% Onsite)Pay: $25/hourResponsibilities:Manage job postings and applicant flow.Respond to 50-70 applications per week.Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.Coordinate job shadow days, offers, drug screens, and orientation.Maintain communication throughout the hiring process.Source candidates through Indeed and other ATS platformsQualifications:Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
